Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentation
For oral presentations, a laptop/desktop PC, a video projector and a microphone will be provided. Windows XP/Vista, Adobe Acrobat, Media Player, and MS Powerpoint will be available on the PC. Laser pen-pointers will be available in each session room. The presenters should bring their presentations on CD/memory stick prior to their session at the Speakers Assistance Desk located at the Foyer. Presenters can test their presentation file at the Speakers Assistance Desk. Oral presentations are scheduled for 15-minutes slots (a 12 minutes long presentation, followed by a 3 minutes question-answer period).
Poster Presentation
There are no specific guidelines for your poster design except for the dimension limits (width x height) that are 91cm x 143cm (35.43in x 56. 29in). The use of A4 and Letter size pages pinned on the board is not encouraged. Pins will be provided to attach your poster to the board. Please, post your poster between 9.30am and 10.30am of your poster presentation day.
Demo Presentation
Authors that are going to make an on-site demo presentation of their work, should bring their own laptop /equipment where all necassary programmes are installed. Demo presentations will be given within the poster sessions as described in the
detailed program. A demo presentation should be brief so that it can be shown repeatedly to many attendees.

Paper Submission Guidelines
Before you begin the submission process please be sure your paper is formatted according to the Conference Paper Requirements.
Papers must be written in English and should be limited to a maximum 6 pages in the IEEE two-column format. All submissions must be in US Letter page size format. Final submissions must be in 2-column format. Please do not put your own page numbers on the manuscript.

A corresponding author who will submit the paper and will be responsible for communicating with the conference organizers and the paper’s co-authors should be assigned for each paper. Each corresponding author is limited to one submission for the conference. Each additional paper will be charged with €200 after author notification of acceptance.
Papers are limited to six (6) pages. Those authors wishing to submit an over-length manuscript may do so. There will be an over-length page fee of €50 per page and limited to an additional 2 pages (maximum page submission is eight (8) pages). This payment will be required after author notification of acceptance.

SUBMISSION ACKNOWLEDGMENT
When a submission is complete and has been properly received, an identification number will be assigned to the paper. The paper identification number will be used to identify the submission and, if accepted, the final paper in every further communication.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Submission of papers implies the author's willingness to register for the conference and present the paper(s). An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the final version is accompanied by the registration form(s) and fee(s) for at least one of the authors (only full member or non-member fees will be allowed for this purpose)! One author registration will guarantee publication of ONE accepted paper; each additionally accepted paper associated with the same registration will be subject to a mandatory printing contribution of €200.
